To sum up:Grandmaster Magnus Carlsen of Norway was a double winner,taking both the Rapid and Blitz Championships and continuing his domination of world chess today.The Russian women split the Championships:Woman Grandmaster Anastasia Bodnaruk won the Rapid Championship,and Woman Grandmaster Valentina Gunina won the Blitz Championship,repeating her victory of 2012.

The distinguished Woman Grandmaster Valentina Gunina of Russia,who has won many tournaments,defeated her compatriot Anastasia Bodnaruk in round 1 of the Blitz competition.
